The scope
A brand-new 10,000 square foot home in Deer Valley, with twelve bathrooms getting tile from our crew alongside upscale finishes throughout. A project this size means consistent quality across a dozen rooms, not just one showcase bath.
Coordinating with the build team
On a project of this scale we work directly with the general contractor's schedule, sequencing our waterproofing and tile install around framing, rough plumbing and other trades so nothing gets delayed waiting on tile.
Material consistency at scale
Twelve bathrooms means twelve chances for a tone mismatch if lot numbers aren't tracked carefully. We order and stage material by room to keep every bathroom's tile consistent from the same production run.
Status
This home is currently under construction. We'll share finished photos in the portfolio as bathrooms are completed.
